Hi, my name is D.L. McDowell-Hiss and I’m the lead photographer at MeasMo Photo/Design located in Mount Pocono, Pa and Flushing, NY. If you’re a model, actor, dancer, or other professional that depends on photos as an intricate part of their branding then you know that your portfolio will be one of your most important tools if you keep updating it regularly. What I do for you if you allow me to help you build your portfolio is provide you with a portfolio that gets you noticed.
I understand what it’s like to be starting out and have limited resources so what I’ve done is put together a pricing structure that helps beginners building their first professional portfolio as well as seasoned veterans updating their professional portfolios. My pricing structure is geared to help everyone. I don’t care what your ability level is and I don’t care what your financial resources are, it’s my job to help you reach your goal.
In an effort to help minimize the cost for continually updating your portfolio I’m offering an additional discount to anyone in a position where they’re able to sign a model release on or before the day of the shoot. Musicians can click here for a great value without a signed release.
1 Look Photo Shoot = $129
After signed release = $99
- One look, no clothing changes during photo session
- Location* of your choice
- One location* - indoor and/or outdoor (weather permitting)
- Natural Light Session
- Approximately 20-30 minute photo shoot***
- Headshots, body shots, action shots, etc., to meet your specific goals
- Images delivered online or on CD/DVD
- Online photo gallery provided to view or share photo proofs
- One retouched final image
- One 8x10 or 9x12 print** for your portfolio
- Optional contact/proof/index sheet if your agent prefers a hard copy over the online proof gallery
- Prints** discounted based on quantity

*Some locations may require additional charges such as locations requiring paid admission. Also, if your photo shoot is more than 50 miles from Mount Pocono, Pa. an additional travel fee may be charged at no more than 0 .50 cents per mile each way.
** Print orders must be paid in full before images are sent to our lab for processing.
***Sixty dollars ($60) Non-Refundable Retainer Fee for your photo session is due no later then one week before your session date. The non-refundable retainer fee is to guarantee holding your time slot as well as for the photographers’ time and travel expenses (some exceptions do apply for receiving full refunds – contact us for more info). We accept payments by check (checks must clear at least one week prior to date of photo shoot), major credit cards and PayPal. No products will be delivered until the remaining balance is paid in full.
